2025 Board Candidates

DD is an active Rotarian and served in leadership including being president of my local club in 2014-2015 and then as Assistant Governor for my district from 2016-2019. Rotary is an international organization with 2 million members. DD feels she can take what she learned from how they run the organization and apply to NARPM. DD also served as a Mentor for the North Atlanta Venture Program, which is a MIT program for the growth and development of small business entrepreneurship. As a mentor of this program, she mentored small business owners on a regular basis. DD is also on the board for Children’s Haven, which is a non-profit organization servicing DFCS children.

NARPM National: Diversity Task Force Committee Chair, Southeast RVP, and Treasurer

Angela served in the following capacities: NARPM Member Services Committee chair 1/1/20 – 12/31/21; Member Services Committee member 1/1/10 – 12/31/22; Western Colorado Chapter Vice President 1/1/08 12/31/08; Western Colorado Chapter President 1/1/09 12/31/12; Finance Committee member 1/1/11 -12/31/13; Member Services Committee member 1/1/10 – 12/31/22; 2020 Volunteer of the Year recipient; 2021 President’s Award recipient; Broker/Owner Committee member 2022; Central Region RVP 1/1/23 – 12/31/24;

Angeal was also a PTA member 2009 – 2015; FMHS girls varsity basketball team mom 2019 – 2021.

Steve has been, and currently is, the Broker/Owner from inception of JMAX
Steve has served in the following positions: Atlantic RVP, Vice Chair PAC Trustees, PAC Trustee, GA, Virginia State President.
He also served as Vice President Ronald McDonald House of South West Virginia Board of Trustees (Declined President Role to take NARPM RVP Role); and an officer of the ELKs.
He was previously a Contractor, TV Personality along with High School Football and Baseball Announcing.

Tracy has been the Owner Broker of Renters Place, his property management company In Tulsa, OK. Over the past 15 years I have moved from do it all to managing a staff.

Tracy has served as Vice Chair Broker Owner Committee, and in 2024 Chaired the Broker Owner Committee

Seved in the Property Management Task Force for the OK Real Estate Commission, Tulsa Property Management Committee for Local Association of REALTORS,

Prior to property management he served as a Social Worker for Francis Hospital, Real Estate Appraiser, Real Estate Investor. He also volunteers with the local Church and Aim High Academy working with local underserved youth in the Tulsa community.

J Jay served as TVP Ambassador –  for the NW Region, served as Greater Portland Chapters Secretary, President-Elect, President, and obviously Past President. He led the chapter through COVID.

J Jay is currently serving a one-year position as the Pacific/Pacific Island RVP. He also serves numerous church callings that require leadership skills, and serves on the Foundation Board with local Apartment Association

During College, J Jay held small part time jobs.
