This course, formerly part of Tenancy, will cover procedures to use before and after moving a tenant in/out. Use of Best practices for the application process and approving or denying an application will be discussed. Review of lease to ensure you the Property Manager have the required clauses and disclosures will be covered. These topics are important in aiding a Property Manager to procure the best tenants for their portfolio.
