Introduction to Houses (formerly part of Intro to Maintenance) is a 3-hour course designed to help property managers understand the structure and components of a house.
This course covers the functionality of various systems and highlights common maintenance issues, providing you with the knowledge needed to manage properties effectively. With a deeper understanding of how houses work, you’ll be better equipped to coordinate and schedule contractors and vendors, ensuring high-quality work at the best price.
