Upon completion of this course Property Managers will be able to recognize the right time to consider starting a maintenance company. The course will cover developing an effective hiring process for technicians and ways to identify quality controls to ensure profitability. Using these tools should lead to long-term success for complementing the existing residential property management company with in-house maintenance.
